Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, provide technical support, and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry

  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve customer issues
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Manage time and tasks effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to maintain certification and stay up-to-date with industry developments

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Comfortable working from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required (NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus
