Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients across various industries. You'll interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email, helping them with all their needs. This is a remote work opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to create a schedule that works best for you (within client hours of operation).

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support to clients across various industries

  • Interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email
  • Help customers with all their needs, including resolving issues and answering questions
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and client expectations
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Requirements

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

  • Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care
  • Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
  • Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset
  • Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software
  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported)
  • Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
  • Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
  • Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad needed for authentication

Work Environment Requirements

* Quiet, uninterrupted space

  • Organized desk area

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.

Compensation and Benefits

* Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour

  • Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers
  • Additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics
