Responsibilities

As a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
  • Researching information: Use databases to resolve complex customer service issues and provide accurate information.
  • Maintaining composure: Stay calm and composed in escalated situations, and provide empathetic support to customers.
  • Operating accurately and efficiently: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities and tasks with ease.
  • Handling multiple responsibilities: Juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities, prioritizing customer needs and resolving issues efficiently.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of Call Center experience: Proven experience in a call center environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • At least 1 year of work-at-home experience: Experience working from home, with a strong ability to stay motivated and focused in a remote environment.
  • Self-motivation and independence: Be able to work independently, with minimal assistance, and stay motivated in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills: Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively to customer needs.
  • Professional and articulate voice: Have a professional and articulate voice, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to multi-task: Be able to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously, prioritizing customer needs and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Basic math skills: Possess basic math skills, with the ability to perform calculations and resolve financial issues accurately.
  • Ability to problem-solve: Be able to think critically and resolve complex issues, with a strong ability to analyze information and make informed decisions.

Work-at-Home Requirements

To work as a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • Desktop or laptop: A desktop or laptop computer, with a compatible operating system (Windows 10 or newer).
  • Webcam and video: A webcam and video capability, with a stable internet connection.
  • High-speed internet: A high-speed internet connection, with a minimum upload speed of 3Mbps and a download speed of 10Mbps.
  • Stable internet service provider: A stable internet service provider, with a packet loss of 1% or less and a latency of under 100ms.
  • USB headset: A USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone, such as Jabra, Plantronics, or Logitech.
  • Available cell phone or tablet: An available cell phone or tablet, with the ability to install our required 2FA software for multifactor authentication.
  • 2nd computer monitor or 1 monitor 32" or larger: A 2nd computer monitor or a 1 monitor 32" or larger, with a compatible operating system.
