File Exchange & Automation Analyst
We're looking for a self-driven File Exchange & Automation Analyst to oversee daily data operations, including data entry, processing, and reporting. This role will help us optimize data workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors; monitor data systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted data flow.
What You'll Do
- Liaison between internal/external stakeholders and data engineering team.
- Monitor daily file exchanges between systems, vendors, and partners.
- Oversee tracking of all health plan and vendor data files to ensure data quality, integrity, and timeliness.
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to build and optimize automation pipelines for data ingestion and validation
- Maintain documentation for file transfer workflows, system configurations, troubleshooting procedures.
- Ensure files are delivered successfully via SFTP, FTP, FTPS, or Managed File Transfer (MFT) tools.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent software development or IT training from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3+ Years of Experience in SQL & Python scripts
- Knowledge of health plan operations and file exchange for all LOB will be a bonus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to prioritize and organize multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast paced, changing environment while meeting deadlines and turnaround time requirements
- Proficiency in file, data processing tools and technologies (e.g., ETL tools, Data Operations software, Automate).
- Experience writing complex SQL/Python scripts.
- Familiarity with data quality management practices.
Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions
- This position is remotely based in the U.S.
- The target pay range for this role is: $60,000 - $75,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location (current or future), experience, and other job-related factors.
