- Prospect and close new business through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Build strong relationships with business owners, brands, and decision-makers
- Present BNTV advertising and partnership opportunities with confidence
- Negotiate and close high-value deals
- Manage pipeline and consistently hit revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal production and marketing teams
- Stay sharp on market trends and competitive positioning

- Proven ability to close deals (media, advertising, or B2B sales is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
