We equip you with tools, guidance, and the opportunity to build your own client base from the start.What You\'ll Do:
- Secure loads for truck drivers using load boards
- Communicate with brokers and drivers
- Manage pickup and delivery logistics
- Use our systems, scripts, and support to dispatch efficiently
- Work from home on your own schedule
- Peak dispatch hours are Monday-Friday, 6 AM to 4 PM CST
- Flexibility for full-time or part-time commitment
- Step-by-step dispatch training
- Dispatch contracts and templates
- Load board guidance
- We source the drivers (owner-operators) so you don\'t have to
- Bulk texting platform available (optional; service fee applies)
