Job Overview

As a Remote Work from Home Customer Service Representative in a Contractor Role, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer support services to our clients. You'll interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email, helping them with all their needs. Schedule and Flexibility

We understand that everyone's schedule is unique, and we're committed to providing flexibility to our contractors. The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, but you'll have the opportunity to create a work schedule that works best for you (within client/contract hours of operation). This means you can balance your work and personal life with ease.

Earnings and Revenue

Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics. This means you'll have the opportunity to earn more as you grow and develop your skills.

Technology and Equipment Requirements

To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements:

• Quiet and secure work environment during working hours
• Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
• Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
• High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
• Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
• Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
• Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor, you'll have a contractual relationship with arenaflex. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex, and arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.

Expected Salary

The expected salary for this role is $16 - 19 per hour.
