What You'll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through voice, chat, or email interactions. You will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful answers to customers' questions and concerns
  • Resolving escalated or complex issues with empathy and a solution-focused approach
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and service offerings to provide expert advice to customers

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience, preferably in a bilingual environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Computer experience and proficiency in using software applications
  • High-speed internet connection (25mbps) and a quiet, private workspace
  • A caring and supportive nature, with a passion for helping others
