Key Responsibilities
* Provide accurate and timely data entry services for research projects, including but not limited to: + Entering data into our database systems + Conducting online surveys and focus groups + Participating in phone or video interviews + Reviewing and analyzing data for quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with our research team to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work independently with minimal supervision, using your own computer and internet connection
- Meet productivity and quality standards, as set by our team leaders
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, psychology, sociology) preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
