As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain management. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, maintaining the integrity of our records and facilitating seamless communication with our partners and customers.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring the integrity of our records and facilitating seamless communication with our partners and customers.
- Process and manage shipping and receiving documents, including tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and inventory updates.
- Collaborate with the Shipping and Receiving team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to data entry or logistics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels.
- Perform manual labor as needed to support the Shipping and Receiving team, including loading and unloading shipments.
- Adhere to arenaflex's quality control and safety standards, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in data entry and logistics.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in data entry, shipping and receiving, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data entry software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with warehouse management systems and data entry software.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Certifications in data entry, logistics, or a related field.
- Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish or other languages commonly spoken in California.
