Job Summary

As a Senior Manager, Customer Insights & Analytics, you'll be responsible for leading a team of analysts and data scientists to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop data-driven solutions, and measure the effectiveness of our initiatives. Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of analysts and data scientists to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experiences

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop data-driven solutions, and measure the effectiveness of our initiatives
• Develop and maintain advanced analytics and data visualization platforms, including Adobe, APT, and Power BI
• Design and implement customer segmentation and journey mapping initiatives to improve customer engagement and loyalty
• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics and data visualization

Essential Qualifications

* 8+ years of experience in analytics and data visualization, with a focus on retail or consumer goods

• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through data-driven strategies
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
• Strong expertise in analytics and data visualization tools, including Adobe, APT, and Power BI
• Experience with customer segmentation and journey mapping initiatives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail or consumer goods environment

• Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
• Certification in analytics or data science, such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or Certified Data Scientist (CDS)
• Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and principles

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
