Job Description

As an Entry Level Sales Agent, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and engaging with them via chat to encourage them to place an order. Your primary goal will be to close sales directly on the chat by sending invoices and ensuring a seamless customer experience. To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and engage with them via chat to understand their needs and preferences

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
  • Follow up with customers to encourage them to place an order and close sales directly on the chat
  • Utilize our user-friendly software to manage customer interactions and track sales performance
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our customer base
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

  • 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer profiles
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a focus on customer-centric approaches
  • Proficiency in using software applications, including CRM systems and chat platforms
