Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care and service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service to our patients
  • Recommending items for sale to patients and promoting arenaflex's products and services
  • Modeling and sharing customer service best practices with all team members to deliver exceptional patient experiences
  • Responding to patient inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Working closely with our pharmacy team to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care and service
  • Maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare environment

  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures
  • Certification in pharmacy technology or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software
