Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and provide exceptional service. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, navigating our website and online ordering system, and becoming a product and solutions expert to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and provide exceptional service
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products, systems, and processes
