Key Responsibilities:

* Provide world-class customer service, ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all guests

  • Proactively greet and engage with customers, offering personalized assistance and recommendations
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, services, and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer satisfaction
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an inviting and engaging shopping environment
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to customer questions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and high level of energy

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse guests and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on finding solutions that meet customer needs
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash, credit card transactions, and operating a point-of-sale system

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in an outdoor or sporting goods retail environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests who speak diverse languages

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse guests and colleagues

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on finding solutions that meet customer needs
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and high level of energy
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash, credit card transactions, and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to make informed recommendations to customers
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently throughout the store
