Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter patient profiles and medication information into our electronic health record system

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information, including demographics, medical history, and medication lists
• Verify and update patient information to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to resolve data discrepancies and ensure seamless patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and data management processes
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and arenaflex's data management policies
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred

• Current certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or registration as a Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) in the state of Wisconsin
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a related healthcare role
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in electronic health record systems and data management software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals and patients

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry and management software, including electronic health record systems

• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and data management policies
• Certification in a related field, such as medical coding or medical transcription
• Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with patients and healthcare professionals in multiple languages
