Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team in East Dundee, IL. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications
