Role Overview
The Client Support Manager serves as the onsite relationship steward for Hickson Optimal Elite Group engagements. This contractor conducts regular in-person facility visits, maintains visible presence with key stakeholders, ensures services are being delivered to agreed standards, and reinforces partnership continuity across departments. You will not selling, rather - safeguarding alignment. In other words, you help ensure that what was promised is felt, seen, and functioning on the ground and across the entire organization.
Core Responsibilities
Onsite Relationship Management
- Conduct scheduled onsite check-ins at client facilities
- Serve as a professional and composed representative of Hickson Optimal Elite Group
- Reinforce communication clarity between client staff and our internal team
Service Delivery Oversight
- Identify friction points or breakdowns in execution
- Provide structured feedback to leadership at Hickson Optimal Elite Group
- Track continuity of deliverables across the competitive season
Client Experience Stewardship
- Coordinate and deliver branded merchandise, seasonal materials, and client appreciation items
- Support milestone moments (season openers, playoffs, return-to-play windows, etc.)
- Maintain high-touch, thoughtful relationship gestures without being intrusive
Signal Reporting
- Submit concise post-visit summaries
- Flag risks early, especially around relationship drift or service slippage
- Maintain professional documentation of touchpoints and follow-ups

- Ability to navigate multiple departments without overstepping authority
