- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum two (2) years of full-time account management, coordination and/or marketing management experience
- Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator, Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
- Understanding of advertising best practices
- Direct mail & print production experience is a huge advantage
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to take initiative and collaborate
- Strategic mindset and ability to bring strategy to life
- Design skills or the ability to sketch concepts is valuable
- Able to build strong client relationships built on mutual trust and understanding
