Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the healthcare sector, and a passion for helping healthcare providers deliver exceptional care.
Essential Functions:
- Prospect and Develop Business: Identify and engage potential clients within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Product Presentation: Demonstrate and present our healthcare products and services to prospective clients, effectively communicating their benefits and value propositions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. Utilize market research and industry knowledge to drive sales initiatives.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients. Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product developments. Use this knowledge to adapt sales strategies and improve performance.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance. Prepare regular reports for management.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry. Experience with collections agencies, revenue cycle, or healthcare services is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Up to 50% travel may be required (in a normal pre-COVID world)
