What We’re Looking For
We are seeking fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representatives based anywhere in Colombia.
As the face of WindshieldHUB, you’ll help customers across the U.S. with inquiries, service scheduling, and support. This is a virtual work position, but professionalism, communication, and customer satisfaction are expected at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a high level of accuracy and empathy.
- Guide customers through the booking process and answer service-related question
- Resolve issues or escalate when necessary using established protocols.
- Assist customers with navigating our website and digital tools.
- Manage time effectively while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work in coordination with internal departments to support customer needs.
- Deliver a service experience that promotes brand loyalty.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Fluency in English (C1 or C2 level required).
- Prior experience virtual home in a customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with CRMs or customer support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk,
- etc.).
- A strong work ethic, punctuality, and organizational skills.
- High-speed internet, a reliable desktop or laptop, and a noise-canceling
- headset.
- A quiet and dedicated workspace at home to handle calls without
- interruptions.
- Availability for morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, including weekends if
- needed.
