About the Role

As a Customer Due Diligence/ Onboarding Strategy Analyst in our Business & Private Bank division, you will support the Customer Due Diligence/Onboarding Strategy Lead in executing the Customer Due Diligence agenda for the customer & banker journey to define and implement optimal processes for financial crime and onboarding.

Role Location: Can be based in any city within Australia

Work Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

What will your day look like?

As a Customer Due Diligence/ Onboarding Strategy Analyst, you will support the Customer Due Diligence/Onboarding Strategy Lead on:

  • Executing on the Customer Due Diligence/KYC/onboarding agenda to transition to the future state KYC lifecycle
  • Working on the defined Financial Crime/KYC/Onboarding priorities in collaboration with cross-functional areas (e.g. Operations, Technology, Retail, Institutional, etc.)
  • Working on delivering KYC value proposition across Business & Private Bank
  • Determining and assisting to articulate the needs of B&PB customers in enterprise or Divisional programs that impact B&PB customers
  • Working with Technology, Commercial Digital & Customer Experience team and other delivery partners in this work

What will you bring?

  • Planning and Prioritisation: Planning and prioritising what needs to be done (including people, process and technology implications) including identifying, planning for, tracking and resolving dependencies
  • Risk Management: A logical and pragmatic method of establishing the context, identifying, analysing, evaluating, treating, monitoring and/or communicating risks associated with this work
