About the Role
As a Gen-AI Quality Assurance Specialist, you will evaluate and improve the conversational, auditory, and visual capabilities of our Agentic AI product. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and product specialists, to test, analyze, and optimize the product for quality, contextual relevance, and user experience.
This role goes beyond binary pass/fail testing. We’re looking for creative and analytical thinkers from diverse backgrounds, who can assess AI behaviour and user-experience and contribute to the creation of human-centered, intelligent systems through our product.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute test plans for Chat AI, Voice AI, and Visual AI features.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, coherence, emotional tone, creativity, and ethical compliance.
• Simulate real-world conversations to uncover strengths and weaknesses in AI interactions.
• Document results, identify failure patterns, and collaborate with engineering and product teams
• Test multilingual and multicultural use cases, ensuring inclusivity and adaptability across regions.
• Participate in human-in-the-loop validation to refine AI model performance.
• Develop testing frameworks and feedback methodologies for audio, text, and visual outputs.
