Service Team Member (Insurance)

This is a remote position.

Summary We are looking for a meticulous Service Team Member with a background in insurance to enhance our daily service operations. This position is crucial for processing requests, issuing certificates, and ensuring precise and prompt documentation in a dynamic setting. Responsibilities
  • Review requests from clients, banks, and landlords
  • Prepare and issue insurance certificates and related documents
  • Assist with processing endorsement requests
  • Support policy binding activities during 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST
  • Ensure service delivery is accurate, timely, and compliant
  • Maintain professional communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) accurately based on policy details and client requirements

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in insurance servicing (COIs, endorsements, policy changes) required
  • Experience working within an Agency Management System (AMS) such as Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication
  • Dependable and service-oriented
