About the Role

TaxSlayer is seeking a driven and dynamic professional to become part of our TaxSlayer Pro New Sales team. In this role, you�ll connect directly with small business owners across the country, showcasing how TaxSlayer Pro can simplify and elevate their tax preparation experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and recommend appropriate TaxSlayer software solutions.
• Maintain a strong understanding of TaxSlayer�s product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide feedback to product and development teams based on customer insights.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor�s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in software sales, SaaS, or consultative selling roles.
• Sandler sales training preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Ability to understand and explain technical software features in simple terms.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• This is a fully remote role with no in-office presence required.
• Occasional virtual meetings or travel may be requested for team collaboration, training, or participation in IRS shows
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, digital environment and manage multiple priorities independently.
