Role Summary: Accuris is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager who thrives on campaign execution and turning strategy into pipeline. In this role, you will plan, build, and manage demand generation campaigns that drive new logo growth across two business units — Engineering Intelligence and Supply Chain Intelligence. As a global marketing resource, you will also support demand generation programs across regions. From briefing agency partners on paid media programs to building the audience lists that fuel campaigns across marketing, sales, and operations, you will be a hands-on executor with direct experience in paid media, ABM, and data-driven campaign execution, ready to take strong ownership in a fast-moving, lean environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with paid media agency partners across paid marketing channels
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure all programs reflect current messaging and go-to-market priorities
  • Maintain deep knowledge of paid media best practices across channels to confidently assess, challenge, and elevate agency recommendations
  • Build and maintain targeted account and contact lists for marketing campaigns, sales outreach, and operational workflows, owning list hygiene and segmentation across both business units to ensure data accuracy and campaign effectiveness
  • Build and manage campaigns within the marketing automation platform and CRM as a subject matter expert
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, sales, and operations to ensure demand generation programs and lists are aligned to pipeline goals
  • Identify SEO opportunities aligned to the audiences for individual business units

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience in a technology or SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience with paid search and paid social (LinkedIn Ads)
  • Experience managing agency relationships and holding partners accountable to performance metrics
  • Familiarity with ABM strategy and platforms
  • Experience building segmented accounts and contact lists for marketing, sales, and operations (e.g., Clay.ai, HubSpot)
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot)
  • Clear communicator and effective collaborator across marketing, sales, and operations teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently on a lean team with a high degree of ownership

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or marketing to engineering or supply chain audiences
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices in a B2B context
  • Experience supporting multiple product lines, business units, or global markets
  • Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows

Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant.
