Associate Account Executive
Small businesses represent 99.9% of all companies, yet they're still forced to choose between clunky, outdated enterprise phone systems or their personal phones. This multi-billion dollar market has been overlooked for decades, left to cobble together solutions that slow them down instead of helping them grow.
Quo is changing that. We bring calls, texts, and customer information together into one easy-to-use, AI-powered platform. We’re not just building a phone system. We’re setting a new standard for how businesses connect with their customers.
Driven by our values, we move fast, build with determination, and obsess over delivering value to the businesses that have been underserved for far too long.
Today, Quo is trusted by more than 90,000 companies and rated #1 in customer satisfaction on G2. We’re backed by Y Combinator, Tiger Global, Craft Ventures, Slow Ventures, and other top-tier investors. It’s safe to say we’re onto something big.
About the role
At Quo, we’re helping businesses communicate better through a modern, AI-driven phone platform. As an Associate Account Executive, you’ll help thousands of fast-growing teams evaluate and adopt Quo — balancing automation, speed, and human connection to deliver a best-in-class buying experience. You’ll manage high-volume inbound leads, run tailored demos, and close deals that help small businesses scale their communications. This role blends sales expertise, technical fluency, and analytical thinking, making it one of the most impactful positions within our revenue engine. Some of the things you’ll do:
- Be the first touchpoint for inbound prospects: respond quickly to webform submissions, demo requests, and trial signups, using Quo itself to call, text, and qualify leads; demonstrating the product’s power through every interaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor: help customers understand how Quo integrates with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Jobber, and Zapier, and tailor solutions for their tech stacks.
- Run product demos that clearly communicate Quo’s value; from call flow builders and automations to integrations and APIs, showing prospects how to configure Quo for their exact needs.
- Translate technical questions between customers and our solutions or support teams, helping ensure fast, accurate resolutions.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to manage lead follow-up, maintain pipeline hygiene, and prioritize outreach for maximum impact.
- Use data to identify bottlenecks in the inbound funnel, test new approaches, and optimize conversion through metrics and insights (Salesforce, Gong, Pocus, HubSpot).
- Think in systems: design repeatable inbound workflows that scale as lead volume grows, contributing to Quo’s operational excellence.
- Proactively experiment with Quo’s call flow builder, integrations, and automations to deepen your understanding, improve customer outcomes, and share learnings with the broader team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to ensure the voice of the customer influences GTM strategy and roadmap decisions.
