The role involves handling various types of civil litigation cases and requires strong litigation and writing skills, along with a license to practice in California.
Responsibilities
- Handle civil litigation cases in various areas including Employment, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product, Commercial, General Liability, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, and Insurance Defense
- Demonstrate excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Conduct research and manage assignments with minimal supervision
- Engage in trial experience, client interactions, and appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
Skills
- Minimum of at least one year experience in civil litigation
- Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in California
- Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills
- Possess strong academic backgrounds
- Proven skills in research
- Be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
- Trial experience
