[Remote] Project Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Elevate project execution by reviewing key documents and driving schedules, tasks, and resource alignment
• Keep projects sharp with organized, accurate notes, reports, and logs
• Be the heartbeat of the project—keeping teams, leaders, and stakeholders aligned and informed
• Ensure the right people and tools are in the right place at the right time
• Run seamless meetings with clear agendas, sharp notes, and strong follow‑through
• Stay ahead of issues by monitoring milestones and delivering fast, clear updates
• Maintain financial clarity by tracking budgets, revenue, and expenses with precision
• Spot risks early and help drive smart, timely mitigation
• Uphold high standards in every document, deliverable, and process
• Quickly clear roadblocks to keep momentum strong and projects moving

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel pivot tables, reporting tools required)
• Experience with financial or project management systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage shifting priorities
• Problem-solving mindset with follow-through and accountability
