Legends Global is a premier experiences company dedicated to delivering holistic solutions across various sectors. The HR Insights team member will support the company's culture of performance and engagement by coordinating talent programs, managing data insights, and ensuring effective communication and process support within the Talent & Team Member Experience function.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and Support Talent Programs – Manage scheduling, logistics, communications, and inquiries for global programs, including Quarterly Connect, engagement surveys, recognition initiatives, and onboarding experiences
  • Data & Insights – Generate dashboards and reports from systems (e.g., Workday, Qualtrics, Power BI, Litmos), translate insights into actionable recommendations, and support leaders with data for decision-making. This role will also collaborate closely with the enterprise Data & Analytics team to ensure HR data is aligned with enterprise standards, accurate, and integrated into global dashboards
  • Project Management – Support planning, execution, and tracking of initiatives across the talent lifecycle; maintain project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Content & Communication – Draft branded communications, job aids, and resources to drive awareness and adoption of talent programs
  • Process & System Support – Assist with updating forms, templates, and system workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and alignment with talent processes (e.g., performance management, succession planning, recognition, engagement)

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, L&D, employee engagement, or project coordination
  • Strong organizational, project management, and data analysis skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn HR/talent systems (Workday, Qualtrics, Power BI, Litmos, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a large, complex, or global organization
  • Familiarity with survey tools, HRIS systems, or recognition platforms
  • Exposure to employee engagement, recognition, or performance management programs
