Apex Systems is currently hiring for Bilingual Customer Service roles with a global Consumer Goods client. This role will be reviewing applications for an approval or decline based on requirements of sellers and collaborating with teammates to share feedback. Languages we are hiring for include: Spanish, French, Hindi, German, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin and Vietnamese. Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:Must be fluent in one or more of the above listed languages and willing to utilize bilingual ability in the role.Excellent computer knowledge and strong typing skills. Ensuring accuracy of data and decision making.Analyzing and applying information from multiple sources and systems.Adherence to documented screening workflow and requirements.
