Job Overview The Vice President, Operations Analytics will serve as a senior executive leader responsible for building and leading TokenShares AI™’s operational analytics strategy, data intelligence capabilities, and performance optimization initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this role will oversee the development of analytical frameworks, operational performance monitoring systems, and AI-enabled insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. The VP of Operations Analytics will play a critical role in transforming operational data into actionable intelligence, improving organizational efficiency, strengthening risk awareness, and enabling scalable growth across the company’s fintech platforms and financial market initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in financial markets, fintech operations, data analytics, or quantitative analysis, with a proven ability to translate complex datasets into strategic insights that drive measurable operational and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Analytics Leadership & Strategic Insight Lead and oversee TokenShares AI™’s global operations analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, technology development, and growth initiatives. Develop enterprise-level operational intelligence frameworks that provide real-time visibility into performance, efficiency, and risk metrics. Transform operational data into strategic insights that support executive decision-making. Establish analytics standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks across the organization. Operational Performance & Efficiency Optimization Design and implement performance monitoring systems that track operational efficiency across platforms, products, and internal functions. Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities through advanced analytics. Collaborate with leadership teams to optimize processes, workflows, and operational infrastructure. Support scalability initiatives that enable the company to expand technology platforms and services efficiently. Data Intelligence & Analytical Infrastructure Build and manage analytics platforms, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that support operational and financial performance analysis. Leverage AI, machine learning, and advanced statistical methods to enhance operational forecasting and predictive insights. Ensure data integrity, accessibility, and consistency across operational data environments. Work closely with engineering and technology teams to integrate analytics into internal platforms and decision-support systems.
