EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Associate degree from an Occupational Therapy Assistant accredited program
• Satisfactory completion of clinical field work
• Ability to problem-solve, effective verbal and written communication skills, and knowledge about the care of adult, and geriatric patients

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

• Licensure in the State of Michigan as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
