[Remote] Assoc Product Manager - Workflow Communication

In the role of Associate Product Manager - Workflow Communication, you will support the implementation of clinical workflow content, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and testing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate internally with wide variety of stakeholders with varying needs
  • Help attend and drive daily standups and sprint planning to track development progress
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other SMEs across Signify Health
  • Translate implementation strategy into documented and actionable end-to-end testing plans and execute those plans
  • Assist with the implement content for various clinical workflows with an eye towards user usability and streamlined and support technical logic where needed

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, Business, or another related field; Masters degree is a plus
  • One to three years of experience as a technical and professional communicator in an agile software environment
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze diverse audiences and deliver appropriate and thorough communication
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end testing or management of testing across multiple engineering teams
  • A strong foundation in the principles and best practices of technical writing and content design
  • Expert research and interviewing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical SMEs
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail
