[Remote] Associate Bookkeeper

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Accounting Therapy, Inc. is a remote team of bookkeepers dedicated to helping small businesses. They are seeking an Associate Bookkeeper who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a passion for accounting, particularly with QuickBooks. The role involves collaborating with a team, managing client communications, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• You are an experienced QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop bookkeeper
• You are extremely organized and have superb time management skills
• You love living by a calendar and are schedule-oriented
• You like working a traditional M-F schedule and enjoy having your weekends off
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You love working with clients, are charismatic, and have a passion for helping small businesses achieve their goals
• You love working with a team and don’t mind being on camera in daily virtual group work sessions and meetings
• You are tech-savvy and not afraid to learn and use new apps
• Your attention to detail is off the charts, and you regularly go above and beyond the status quo
• You are an inherent self-starter and like to solve your own problems!
• You have a quiet and private home working environment, free of distractions
