[Remote] Analytics Associate

The Analytics Associate role is designed for a detail-oriented individual who will support data-informed strategy and decision-making across digital communications and paid media efforts by transforming data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reporting systems for media performance
- Produce regular performance reports across digital programs
- Support setup, execution, and analysis of creative testing panels
- Synthesize creative testing results into actionable insights
- Assist in translating audience strategies into targeting plans with Paid Media
- Support analysis of in-field experiments with Research & Development
- Apply analytical best practices and maintain data quality standards
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or political targeting (2+ years for Senior role)
- Fluency in SQL and R
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience producing clear reports and visualizations for non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with creative testing setup, analysis, or interpretation
- For Senior role: Proven project management experience and ability to build scalable code and repeatable workflows
- Python experience
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) and media performance metrics
- Experience with dashboard tools like Looker
- Experience with voter file data for analysis or targeting
- Exposure to experimental design or in-field randomized controlled trials
