Office & Administrator Lead

The Administrative & Office Lead will oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and providing administrative support across various teams, while maintaining a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate office maintenance, facility needs, and workspace organization
- Answer and route the company’s main phone line and manage building access
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related issues
- Order snacks, stock the kitchen, and maintain a well-organized and tidy office environment
- Greet visitors and ensure a professional front office experience
- Coordinate meetings, events, and assist with planning company functions
- Support onboarding of new employees and coordinate workspace setup
- Assist with internal process improvements and office policies
- Provide administrative support to leadership and teams as needed
- Responsible for maintaining companies' certification of insurance process
- Support customer billing and payment communications while assisting in validating expense and reimbursement transactions for compliance with company policies
- Provide administrative sales support by scheduling meetings with existing clients and coordinating pipeline preparation meetings
- Assist with execution of marketing initiatives, including event support, webinar coordination, content creation, and administrative processes
- Special projects for the people team, ie. Tax and state payroll compliance
Skills
- 1-3+ years of administrative, office management, or operations experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and outlook, or similar tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with Ramp Travel & Expense Software
- Experience with SalesForce
- Experience with BambooHR, HRIS
