Technical Support Associate
Gong is a company that harnesses the power of AI to transform how revenue teams win. As a Technical Support Associate, you will provide exceptional support to customers using Gong products, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to resource creation to enhance customer and team success.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding support experience via email, web, and phone for customers using Gong products while meeting key performance goals
- Learn the ins and outs of Gong products and build expertise with common integrations (such as telephony systems, web conferencing tools, Salesforce, and APIs)
- Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, help identify potential bugs, test solutions, and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders
- This is a small team! Everyone has an opportunity to represent the Voice of the Customer with Success, Sales and Product teams to influence priorities, resources, roadmaps and deliverables
- Contribute to creating resources—like documentation, training materials, or process guides—that help both customers and teammates succeed
Skills
- Technical Support Associate interested in going above and beyond for customers to create #ravingfans
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and friendly way
- Recently completed a technical degree and interested in growing your career in technical support
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new skills and technologies
- Curious, resourceful, detail-oriented, and organized, with a problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with platforms like Zoom, Dialpad, GoToMeeting, or other telephony/web conferencing tools
- Exposure to Salesforce, APIs, or programming/scripting languages
