IT Help Desk Specialist and Invoice Administrator

Comfort Windows is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist and Invoice Administrator to join their team. In this hybrid role, you will ensure efficient technology operations while managing invoicing and billing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with IT support tasks, helping with basic hardware, software, and network issues
  • Help set up systems, perform simple upgrades, and support routine maintenance
  • Support invoicing and billing processes, including preparing and sending invoices, tracking payments, and flagging discrepancies
  • Keep accurate records of IT and financial activities
  • Work with team members across departments to support technology needs and ensure billing is accurate
  • Look for ways to make IT and billing tasks more efficient
  • Help introduce new tools or systems that make day-to-day processes easier

Skills

  • Some experience or coursework in IT support, technical troubleshooting, or a related field
  • Basic familiarity with invoicing, accounts receivable, or financial record-keeping
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational habits
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities with focus and reliability
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable using common software programs such as Microsoft Office, accounting or invoicing tools, and basic network applications
