[Remote] Sales Development Representative (SaaS)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. FABSTATION is transforming how steel fabricators and modular builders perform quality control using augmented reality. As a Sales Development Representative, your role is to generate qualified sales opportunities by prospecting and engaging manufacturing companies.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage net-new manufacturing companies (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Qualify opportunities based on operational pain, fit, and urgency
- Book and manage high-quality demos that convert to pipeline
- Partner with Account Executives to progress deals
- Maintain organized pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
- Continuously improve messaging through coaching and data
Skills
- Strong interest in B2B sales (manufacturing or tech is a plus)
- Competitive, results-driven mindset (you care about hitting targets)
- Clear communicator who can simplify complex ideas
- Coachable, fast learner, and comfortable with rejection
- Organized and able to manage high activity volume
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience
- Exposure to manufacturing, construction, or technical products
- Languages: English, Mandarin, French, Spanish, Arabic
