- Lead comprehensive assessments across people, process, data, and technology dimensions.
- Challenge yourself with new problems through engagements with first-time clients.

- Use data-driven insights to develop actionable recommendations.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a strategic operational role.
- 5+ years leading project teams with a track record of success.
- 3-5 years of consulting experience in a management consulting firm or within a Fortune 500 company.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
- Strong intellectual curiosity regarding emerging technologies.
- Exceptional resilience and critical thinking capabilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization software is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
