Data Analyst - Walmart Global Tech India (Freshers Welcome)
Job Summary Walmart Global Tech India is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our fast-paced, innovation-driven team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in turning raw data into actionable insights that support decision-making across our global operations. Key Responsibilities
- * Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support business objectives
- * Design and develop dashboards and visual reports for internal teams
- * Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through statistical techniques
- * Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data needs
- * Contribute to data modeling, forecasting, and predictive analysis efforts
- * Prepare comprehensive documentation and present findings in a clear and concise manner
- * Ensure data integrity and maintain data governance protocols
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- * Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
- * Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R
- * Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail
- * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- * Basic understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes
- * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

- * Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
