Job Summary: We're looking for exceptional Customer Service Representatives to join our team at Skillifyx. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for taking orders, making pizzas, and delivering world-class customer experiences. If you have an outgoing personality, are efficient and energetic, and are willing to work in a fun and fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Take orders and provide exceptional customer service over the phone, in-person, and through digital channels Prepare and deliver pizzas to customers in a timely and efficient manner Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a world-class customer experience Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications: Must be able to work various shifts per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive and outgoing personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer service oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences Clear and energetic voice, with excellent phone skills Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or food service industry Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on multitasking and prioritization Basic math skills, with ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on ongoing education and development Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with team members Basic math skills, with ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on multitasking and prioritization Positive and outgoing personality, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At Nexlith, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
