- Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
- Flexible work schedule of 2-3 days per week

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Ability to balance various ongoing tasks
- 6 month or longer commitment
- Learn the Mathnasium Method and best teaching practices through videos, printed material and shadowing instructors (30 hours)
- On-going training includes learning Mathnasium material and methods to support homework
- Pay is adjusted upon training completion and performance
