As a Customer Care Agent at Workora, you will be the face of our company, working closely with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans every single day. Schedule and Work Environment

As a Remote 4-Day (Weekend) Shift Customer Care Agent, you will work a 10-hour shift, 4 days a week, with flexibility to choose your schedule per day. The open times for each of the 4 days are:

  • Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time
  • Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time
  • Monday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
  • Tuesday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time You will work from the comfort of your own home, providing a secure and quiet work environment with a strong Internet connection. Giglithic will provide all the necessary equipment to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues over the phone, on live chat, and through email

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction
  • Work independently to solve unique problems and think creatively to come up with innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and sales targets

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the Lighting Industry or a related field

  • Previous experience in a remote or hybrid work environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
