As our Home Loan QC & Compliance Specialist, you will evaluate program operations for compliance with applicable laws, rules, and internal policies, conduct quality control reviews and operational analyses, identify compliance risks, systemic issues, and process gaps. You will develop written findings and recommend corrective actions and procedural improvements by functioning in an analytical and advisory capacity as a member of a collaborative team of home loan specialists.
