We are looking for extensive experience in WordPress and HubSpot CMS, so if you have experience with one, but not the other, this will not be a great fit. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize WordPress and HubSpot websites to ensure top performance, security, and user experience.
- Improve website speed and functionality, leveraging tools like WP Rocket and best coding practices.
- Implement technical fixes and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless website operations.
- Build and refine custom pages and templates based on Figma design files.
- Develop and customize HubSpot themes, templates, pages, and modules, ensuring smooth functionality and integrations.
- Collaborate with our designers, copywriters, and SEO specialists to deliver high-quality, conversion-driven websites and landing pages.
- Clearly communicate technical concepts and solutions, such as FTP and staging site access, hosting, etc. to clients and non-technical team members.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, meeting deadlines and proactively identifying areas for improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in WordPress and HubSpot CMS development.
- Proven ability to improve website performance and implement technical optimizations.
- Experience working with Figma for design-to-development workflows.
- Familiarity with HubSpot APIs and integrations.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with a remote team.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with WP Rocket or other website speed optimization tools.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for web development.
