Key Responsibilities

- * Maintain and update HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
- * Prepare presentations and reports for HR leadership and management.
- * Help identify trends and recommend solutions to improve HR effectiveness.
- * Collaborate with different departments to support employee engagement and development initiatives.
- * Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
- Required Skills and Qualifications

- * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- * Internships or academic projects in HR, data analysis, or business operations will be considered a plus.

- * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible hours available)
