Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and other channels Address a broad range of customer service call types, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing and adjustments, and advanced technical support Use creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide personalized solutions Meet monthly sales goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences Utilize various tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer issues Stay up-to-date with the latest technology, products, and services to provide informed support Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of customer service experience; call center experience preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Proficient in Hirebase Office and other software applications Preferred Qualifications Advanced typing/keyboarding skills Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software Knowledge of telecommunications and technology industry What We Offer At AT&T, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.
