Associate Attorney – Remote / South Florida

Role Description This is a 100% remote full-time role for an Associate Attorney. We are looking for a skilled attorney with 1-5 years of experience in civil litigation. The Associate Attorney will handle a variety of civil litigation matters, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, attending hearings, and managing client matters. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thinking, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The attorney will be paid between $80,000 and $100,000 annually depending on the level of experience. Working alongside experienced attorneys at a growing firm, the Associate Attorney will be working in a remote setting. The Attorney will be in charge of managing and assisting in numerous civil litigation cases for a host of clients, producing pleadings, conducting depositions, preparing for trial, and all other aspects of litigation.

• Admitted to practice law in Florida;
• 1-5 years of experience in civil litigation;
• Experience drafting legal documents and conducting legal research;
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
